Not only is she back ... but she gets comments! (I'm lucky to have friends that still check on me after all this time!)
and a lot of pain-in-the-neck trackback pings ... anyone want to tell me how to stop them)
Margie wants to know what's been going on .... well ... keep reading
work is work ... and so we deal with it in that frame of mind. It still has it's rewarding moments, and some great people ... when I loose my faith in the people, then I'll move on.
Or perhaps ... I'll move on when I get fired ... an event my boss "threatens" everyone with at least once a week in our managers meeting, and at various other times when he wants to get the importance of a task across to us (obviously stupid and scared) subordinates.
Would be nice if he could learn another tactic ... this one's getting old and has lost it's punch.
home is great ... cluttered and messy as usual ... and a little stressy right now as Birding Girl is planning a "party before and after the school dance" tomorrow ... and Mom is not really supposed to be helping ... but can't hold back her opinions and directions ... (isn't that what moms are supposed to do?)
Birding Dad came home from work for the second day in a row with tales of huge flocks of snow geese seen while travelling from one job to another (he's a surveyor).
(personally I am not sure I believe in Snow Geese, as most birders I know have seen them in these remarkable flocks ... but I have never seen even ONE!)
Just to prove the point, he came home with PICTURES today... so I'll share them with you. These were taken in North-West Jersey.
