      A Bear for Everything!

      Meet Lynne:
      lyme disease bear.bmp

She is the Lyme Disease Awareness Bear.
Truth! Check here if you don't believe me.
How do I know this? Well, it seems they were finally able to give my husband a diagnosis.
      Lyme Disease.
...and in searching web sites for information (which is were we ALL get our information now isn't it?) I came across Lynne. Just thinkin' ... he probably doesn't want a bear ... just some more advil and antibiotics.

He has no strength in his limbs, and alternates between fever and chills all night. Each morning I find him on the couch (doesn't want to keep me up with his tossing and turning) Seems to me that this should be a "worker's Comp." case, as he is a surveyor and spends his days traipsing around in the woods and fields acting as a tick magnet.

To be outspoken when truth is under attack, when charity is being bruised, or when important issues of life are at stake is a good and courageous thing. To be outspoken when nothing is at stake except the feelings of someone else is a small and contemptible thing. ~ Lawrence G. Lovasik (The Hidden Power of Kindness)
