It shouldn't rain on mothers on monday

Rain, cold and miserable. Where is spring? It should be spring now and yet here we are in winter clothes and coats, and this RAIN! Shut-Up! It's starting to mix with SNOW! Doesn't this new blog and skin work?
I do so long for the smell of warm air and songs of birds.
And on top of it all there's that indoor - no sunlight depression thing too ... and it's not just me ...

We sat with a friend last night who was weeping helplessly for no apparent reason, and yet for many good reasons:
She works two jobs, she has three days of committments at our church, she has a 17-year-old daughter and another, 13 who is severe ADHD - and learning disabled. Yes, she has a husband who is sweet ~ but "laid back" and sure "everything will work out OK". Has she talked to him? "Yeah, but he just doesn't get it."
Her problem? WORN OUT ~ and ~ NO WAY OUT.
The other friend who was sitting on the other side of WORN OUT FRIEND, also crashed earlier this week from the total burn out of being a mother of teens, working, dealing with split families and step-children (they each have three ~ all teens), and just in general being one of those SUPER-WOMEN who do everthing, are everywhere and in charge of most of it. She always looks like she's got it all together, but this week she fell hard.
Me? Same ... I don't need to rant about it now. But I am completely overwhelmed and I keep thinking life will settle in next week, or the week after it won't be so busy.
So who am I to offer advice or help?
      Who are you?
Is your life any different from these?
Do you have the anwsers to the "HOLDING-IT-ALL-TOGETHER" syndrome?

To be outspoken when truth is under attack, when charity is being bruised, or when important issues of life are at stake is a good and courageous thing. To be outspoken when nothing is at stake except the feelings of someone else is a small and contemptible thing. ~ Lawrence G. Lovasik (The Hidden Power of Kindness)
