With sincere apologies to those who have suffered the ravages of this hurricaine season ... we are being "dumped on" by Jeanne - with quite a lot of water (although nothing like Florida and other areas of the south) today.
What is it about rainy days that make you want to do nothing? Even when you have so much to do. I had lots of plans for this morning, but the gloominess of the day got into me and well ... now I find that it's time to go to work and I have not accomplished much of anything!
To make matters worse ummm more complicated no, better:
Birding Dad is home today, due to the weather.
Does anyone else notice that you get very little housework done with men hanging on you... underfoot home ? Honestly, they are worse than children!
