      My Special Day

I have special people who care about me. .. my mother's day was wonderful.
On days like this I don't know why I have any stress in my life at all.
Here are my kids sitting on my new porch swing:

      Am I blessed or what?

Michael made salmon on the grill for dinner, with grilled veggies (my favorite).
We went to the park and fed the baby geese.
someone and I spent the remainder of the day making a marine park on Zoo Tycoon (don't ever ask us to run a business for you ~ yeeech, we stink! but we had fun!)
And just in case you did not know:
Our yard is a Certified Backyard Wildlife Habitat (by the National Wildlife Federation)...apparently we are not the only ones who know that ... this Rose Breasted Grosbeak knows it too!

To be outspoken when truth is under attack, when charity is being bruised, or when important issues of life are at stake is a good and courageous thing. To be outspoken when nothing is at stake except the feelings of someone else is a small and contemptible thing. ~ Lawrence G. Lovasik (The Hidden Power of Kindness)
