      Happy Mother's Day

To all of you ... a happy, restful day. ... now step away from the computer, and enjoy your family ... trust me ... blog entries will be here when you return.
We are just home ~ how did that happen?
My poor Mom is stuck in Virginia, as their car broke down on the way home from a 10-day vacation. So we will not be seeing her today.
Michael is off to the hardware store for "eyes" to hang my new Porch Swing (A gift from my loving family) ... and he's bringing back "something for dinner".
Anyway, before you "step away" if you need to laugh, stop over at Genuine's and check his link to "the Perfect Mother's Day Present" a little irreverent, but it'll make you smile.
Oh, and I snagged this over at Debra G's:

      Take the mother quiz!
      Good Mother
      Good Mother

Are you a good mother or a bad mother?

To be outspoken when truth is under attack, when charity is being bruised, or when important issues of life are at stake is a good and courageous thing. To be outspoken when nothing is at stake except the feelings of someone else is a small and contemptible thing. ~ Lawrence G. Lovasik (The Hidden Power of Kindness)
